A regular slot held for you, priority when a date moves, and one invoice at the end of the month rather than a receipt every time. Most standing clients never send a photograph at all — we already know the address and what Thursdays look like.

Agents, planners, managers, and designers do not have a removal problem once a year. They have one most weeks, usually on a deadline somebody else set. We are built for that rhythm: a crew that already knows the building, a number that answers, and a date that does not move because a truck was double-booked.
